From a young age I have had a deep desire to help others, particularly vulnerable kids. After meeting and marrying my husband and starting a family, we decided to take the leap and become foster parents. We have been licensed foster parents for five years now and have had five children placed in our home (not at the same time) during that time period. We currently do not have a child placed with us because we are helping to support our last little boy in his reunification with his mom. We strongly believe in helping the hurt and vulnerable around us and therefore part of our proceeds will go to helping children in foster care and other vulnerable situations. Locally we choose to support, Hope’s Closet. We are closely connected with them as they work in our county to support foster children and foster parents. On a national and global level, we choose to support Back2back ministries and The Shepherd’s Crook.
